Linux Kernel Development List for openSUSE

July 31st, 2007 by

We have a new mailing list: opensuse-kernel (subscribe via lists.opensuse.org).

This list is dedicated to the discussion of the openSUSE kernel development (Factory et al) and the kernels in the openSUSE Build Service. Packaging or openSUSE-specific patches (though hopefully rare and growing more so) are on-topic; general Linux kernel development is best served by the existing public lists (LKML et al).

openSUSE at LWE San Francisco

July 31st, 2007 by

Just a short/last reminder … We, Seth Arnold and /me, will be at LWE in San Francisco next week (06-09.08). You can find us at the .org pavilion, booth 20. If you are interested in Enterprise solutions, visit also the Novell booth, #702. We will show the latest alpha and of course we are there to talk with you about everything you always wanted to know about openSUSE. :-)

There will be also one talk about the openSUSE Build Service:
BOF8: OpenSUSE Build Service – Package Building Made Easy
8/07/2007 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

See you in San Francisco!
