Somehow on both repositories sometimes the version or release number of an update is lower than the one from the older package… and ZYpp will never downgrade a package. So some testers will not have a real/complete KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop (KDE:KDE3) OBS repository copy of KDE 4.1.1 (3.5.10).
