In addition neither krfb nor krdc works (there are some bugreports on this topec both in novell and kde bugzilla, but while novell claims it upstream, kde simply ignores it).
Hi, guys, I've reported about a hundred bugs on bugzilla so far, and I also wrote some reminders for mysef to report the against KDE, but when I recently installed KDE 4.2.2, all these reminders (and data about my reported bugs, together with some importand data) were deleted by knotes (the information was stored in knotes). Now I'm a bit angry. So, I write down here some of my observations about the new KDE:
-The calendar applet on the desktop consumes 100% CPU.
-knotes deleted my old notes after updating.
-knotes windows cannot be resized.
-KSCD stops playing on hotplug events (usb connect/reconnect, etc.)
-When I'm searching backwards for a text in konsole, and it reaches the beginning, and wants to jump onto the end, it will crash instead.
-The battery icons in the KDE battery level monitor applet are shift right, out of the applet window (only 4.2.2)
-I've found some more bugs, but can't rememember anymore, and my notes are lost.
