Thank you all for your prompt and useful feedback. The upload problem was a simple permissions problem and is now fixed. We will continue to work on these other issues.

The tag is no problem (to some extent), thanks to CBoltz information. It is changed syntax so all we have to do is to replace tags in "couple" of articles. See the mail list message.
