I really hate the idea that a RC is even considered whilst the are ANY Critical or Major Bugs in existence in Bugzilla and would like to hear other opinions - Im probably a dianasore and have had too much QA and adherence to ISO shoved in my face for too many years. This process of considering an RC is probably a sign of changing times and different expectations by QA or who ever has the decision to accept the RC for 11.3 Master.
I just hope 11.3 can perform a complete Installation other than a Vanilla Installation in a Vanilla PC environment.
