Dual/hybrid stack OSes will need to be implemented for years to come in Internet relay nodes and POPs in order to serve impecunious and clueless persons around the Earth.

What an IPv6 effort can enable is implementing better security and anonymity for political dissidents, and for real financial and medical privacy. Why not do it right this time, and shaft the American Imperium, and the Red Chinese and Syrian thugs in the process ?]]></description>
