I downloaded DVD openSuSE 64 bit and tried to have a fresh installation instead of upgrade.
The installer went into a loop at the stage of partitioning and did not come out after accepting the final partition table. I just tried Alt-N for next and it worked and I could complete installation. It recognised my WIFI card which was not recognised by 11.4.

The look is very elegant. Very may thanks.

I renamed the page to 'openSUSE 12.1 portal', otherwise, I don't think there's much to change. We could probably use a nice openSUSE image somewhere, based on the wallpaper or so. Suggestions are welcome, mail me if you have any idea...

Just a comment on the portal page for 12.1 - I can't actually see anywhere that says 'openSUSE', other than further down inside paragraph text or the countdown image (which will presumably disappear soon), and the tag. Might be a good idea to put the text logo somewhere near the top?
