Viva openSUSE!

12.1 has truly matured. We still have some wi-fi issues but then again...Also, it is time to invest on openSUSE Hardware. For some time now, I have been trying to present the idea of selling netbooks, laptops, and PCs with openSUSE installed as the OS. This would raise much money for openSUSE, and provide a solid base of hardware compatible equipment to the OS. Question.. If I start selling White Boxes with openSUSE installed, what would be the cut or % OF THE NET for openSUSE? There is such a big market out there, I don't see how we can ignore it anymore. As an experiment, a high school kid brought me their laptop. It was riddled with viruses. So much so that the Windows 7 was corrupt. I installed openSUSE to use the whole drive. When I was done, the student was ecstatic. She could download Pandora music as mp3s, and YouTube videos as mp4. I now have students bringing me their laptops for openSUSE installation. We could target the schools. Vision baby, I got vision.
